Your workspace

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and use the service only for authorised gym operations. Your team remains responsible for coaching decisions and the information it records. Member payments to your gym are separate from your FitnessVOps subscription.

Subscription and cancellation

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. The base annual prices in EUR are Light €495, Dynamic €895 and Ultra €1,395. New subscriptions are charged at the annual amount and in the currency shown before you confirm payment. Cancel anytime. Access ends when you submit cancellation. The refund is based on the unused part of your annual service, with previous refunds accounted for. At least 25% of the total paid in the same annual cycle, including upgrades, is retained once. No additional three-month charge applies.

Account and member data use is described in our privacy information. For account, subscription or service questions, use support. We may verify account ownership before acting on a request.
